Since I’m not a painter or illustrator, photo compositing is the perfect way for me to express the ideas that illuminate my imagination. This alpine scene is an excellent example. There’s simply no way to capture this with a single click of the camera’s shutter. Fortunately for me, and for all of us, sensational tools such as Photoshop allow us to convey our ideas more clearly and easily than at any other moment in history. It truly is an exciting time to be alive! A special thanks goes out to the remarkable David Marx for sharing one of his skier images with me.
